Pension Administrator - Guildford

JOB DETAILS

Ensure accurate and timely payment of benefits and general understanding of the benefits available by maintaining accurate Pension records, calculating Pension benefits and dealing with queries
Create, update and maintain Pension records to provide data for the correct calculation and payment of Pension benefits
Calculate and review Pension benefits in accordance with Scheme Rules to provide information to employees and support for the Businesses
Deal with Pension queries from group mailbox, employee and pensioner helplines, and liaise with third parties
Daily review of workload to ensure casework is on target, following-up outstanding cases, advising employees and third parties of progress

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT:

Good experience in pensions administration with strong member processing skills. DB experience is preferred but DC experience is useful
Excellent computer skills, in particular: Microsoft Excel and Word as well as the ability to understand and implement complex, technical material
Experience of using pensions software
Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to deliver results
Diligent, enthusiastic, well organized and take a methodical approach to work
Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
Aspiring to work towards a recognised pensions qualification

Monday to Friday - 40 Hours Per Week
