Working under the supervision of the ICT Support Team Leader and ICT Support Manager and the Helpdesk in the provision of computer, technical and end user ICT Support.
Logging ICT 1st line support incidents on a Helpdesk System
Keep staff, clients and customers fully informed with ICT issues, support incidents and information updates
Responding to customers and users enquires to agreed frameworks
Involvement in ICT site based setup projects
Process any face to face, portal, phone or email issues through the ICT Service Desk under the supervision of the ICT Support Team Leader
Carrying out other duties as may be necessary for the operation of the ICT Service Desk
GCSE English and Maths
Knowledge of computer hardware & software
Attention to detail
Some technical ICT experience/Knowledge
Experience with incident logging Service Desk System
Understanding of ITIL standards
Experience of trouble shooting Windows 7 and 10 OS
Experience of Office 365 and experience of supporting smart phones.
