PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To ensure that all orders and data, regardless of service or programme, are processed in an accurate and timely manner within agreed SLA's.
To support Customer Care in dealing with enquiries specifically related to the Order Processing & Data Entry function, communicating effectively with all stakeholders and to update monitoring tools (CRM) with all relevant information.

Input orders/data into bespoke systems so that the fulfilment team can complete the process and get products to the customer
Import data according to specific file specifications through bespoke applications
Update, maintain and retrieve information held on computer systems
Transfer information that is on paper to computer files
Knowledge of operational processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective distribution of rewards
Controls all the applications specific to the position
Can identify incidents within the operational process
Involved in establishing operational priorities
Proposes actions for improvement
Communication and cooperation with other parts of Operations & Fulfilment department and other departments within company
Control & observe procedures and instructions
CONTEXT AND MAIN ISSUES
Each individual regulator site must be used when validating certificates if they are down or there is no internet connection then there will be a delay in approving applications out of the SLA.
If applications have not been uploaded with a copy of the certificate this causes delays due to be unable to approve and a template e-mail must be sent.
Regular checks are required to make sure we are following HMRC guidelines and all internal processes to be updated when changes happen so that compliance is adhered too.
All information different to the registration must be accepted via E-mail or letter do not accept over the phone.
