Job Details

Our client are looking for an Administrator to work in the Communications Department. This is a temporary role based in Guildford.

Duties :
Help to find and share inspiring stories
Support the effective and engaging delivery of internal communications
Lead on producing some of their regular communications and improving their channels
Help to innovate and improve theirs systems, tools and processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Would prefer to have had journalistic or writing experience but not essential
Working within communications would be advantageous
Experience of working on events or large meetings
Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)
Experience in using HTML-based content management systems, Adobe Photoshop (desirable).
