An opportunity has arisen in our head office in Camberley for an Occupational Health Record Administrator to provide high level support to the Occupational Health Manager.
The key responsibilities will include :
Updating the current HR system to ensure every employee has a current Health Record
Review/research historical medical assessments to establish any historical Occupational Health issues(Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome, Hearing, skin and/or breathing)
Maintain accurate records.
Your qualifications, skills and experience should include:
Excellent communications skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work independently
The ability to work proactively and prioritise workloads accordingly
Strong IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft office
Previous experience of working in a healthcare related role would be an advantage but is not essential
This is a full time position for 37.5 hours per week, initially on a temporary contract for 3 months.
